FH Elbow Cable Mount 90° Plugs

The FH is the elbow version of the B series cable mount plugs. For sizes smaller than shell size 3 it is recommended that the FH version be considered, especially for new designs. The elbow-style plug is the ideal choice when the desired cable direction (or exit) from the instrument panel is known. For instance, if your instrument will be typically mounted to a rack or sitting on a bench and the cable is going to drop to the floor, an elbow plug may be a wise choice, as there will be no bending of the cable directly from the back of the plug. This is of special concern when using large-diameter heavy cables.
