With their "Mini Snap" line, odu ® set out to be the only manufacturer on the market with a full compliment of LEMO ® and FISCHER ® compatible connectors. This German manufacturer makes connectors that are intermateable with the LEMO ® B, K and S series in addition to FISCHER's product offering. odu ® has a long history of innovation in connector and contact design. Their "Springtac" contact design that has been copied by others was an odu ® invention and is superior for high vibration applications and offers over 100,000 mating cycles. These contacts can be incorporated into Mini Snap connectors.
odu's internal EMI ring construction provides EMI performance superior to all other push-pull connector designs.
odu® is the innovator when it comes to environmental designs. odu ® also has environmental connector designs to meet IP 67, and odu makes LEMO ® B series type connectors with environmental protection to IP54 that will mate with the non environmental LEMO ® B Series receptacles.
